Name; Metios Shaveck (Meat-e-us) - (Shav-ek
Nickname; The Blackened Spirit, The dark keeper
Gender; Male
Height; Five foot 11
Weight; 120 - 130
Age; Roleplayable at, 17-30 most often played at 21. (Special cases dictate the ages may be younger or older, usually effects history, or relationships) Though his history starts from before his upcoming, and explains their little settlement, then goes from 12, and mentions his endeavors at 17.
Species; Wolf Demon
Voice tone Raspy though quiet like his brothers, with just a hint, of pirate cockney, but so insignificant, you could only tell if you've been with a group of sailors for years.
Alignment; Neutral, a small bit of a psychopath though. But he tries to control it . . . sometimes.
Appearance; Muscular, (not a strongman) Has long hair in the back, and just enough hair to have bangs, (not shaggy bangs, sort of clumped together though.) He has deep, deep green eyes, sort of like some wolves and other canines do. As well as black hair atop his head. He also has a tail, since he's a Wolf Demon, which has black fur. And he has no human ears, but his long hair covers that up. Though what he does have is wolf ears on top of his head. When he wants he can push it back with the muscles in the ear, but this hurts. But with magic he can sink it in his head, and human ears will just appear. But he rarely does this, only one he needs to, and it hurts, A LOT.
Personality; Metios is a quiet man when he is in with other species. Deep down he's ravaged with voices. But this happens every once in a while. Though he's dangerous and vicious when he's angry with someone. He likes to torture people because of all the people that has tortured him. Though unbelievably if you get to know him you'd be surprised that he's very much a gentleman, and that he can be a very good friend. Other than that he's very jumpy and worried that someone is going to come after him. He's very wary of quiet places in settlements, not so much in the wilderness though, even if it can be more dangerous.
History; His past is veiled in secrecy. The truth is that Metios was born in a safer part of the Forest Havan. He grew up with a pack of demons, like himself. His closest friends was his three brothers Shoulf, Silphik, and Maddy. They grew up happy. The Shavecks, and their cousins, the Blue-Moons grew up happy, as well as three other clans. Even if training was hard, eventually everything smoothed out. The two groups, Shaveck, and blue moon were known as the dark keepers. They had a gate to hell right in the ground, hidden by a collapsed den. They didn't even go near it. They weren't evil beings, they just wanted peace. They held a special magic that granted them many different spells. They even kept a few tomes of spells and how to cast said spells. But one day a group of traveling sorcerers came across their lands, sensing the power of the portal as they went by. Curiously they went toward the disturbance. The wolf demons, quickly reacted, confronting them, telling them to leave. Doing so they came back a week later. With a small army of slavers, and some corrupt mercenaries. Killing and enslaving hundreds. Metios was one who had been pulled out by a slaver, put in a cage and shipped to a market in one of the dirtier cities of Everlot at the young age of 12. Shoulf and Silphik had been able to escape, especially since they were older than Metios, Shoulf was two years older, and Silphik, his older brother, by one. Sadly their other friend Maddy had been taken by a few of the Mercenaries, and because she was the eldest, of sixteen, she was raped to death. Though Metios knew nothing of how the others escaped. Even if he was taught parkour via the trees. He had been shot down, he was the closest to the siege. The rest of his life he lived as a slave until he had escaped at the age of 17, four years after the tragedy. Emotionally scarred forever. He gets put in to slavery, and escapes throughout the years. A very little amount of people sympathize with the wolf demons, or any other enslaved races. But he managed to befriend a blacksmith as soon as he escaped via the roofs. The man gave him dual sabers, a robe, to hide his appearance, he was able to retract his wolf ears atop his head into his scalp, (though it hurts . . . a lot) and since his hair was so long you couldn't tell he didn't have any human ears. He eventually got a job as a waiter, from the blacksmith's friend. Who didn't even know he was a demon. Eventually he had enough money for the steel claws he had been eying in the blacksmith's shop. He bought it, went down to the market, bought a huge travel sack with many different compartments. He places his sabers in their holsters, and attaches them to the sack. He then put the claws in the first compartment, in a box. Working for a few more weeks he was able to afford a tackle box, and a disassemble able fishing rod. As well as an axe he attached to the pack like the sabers, and a set of knives for carving and cutting. Finally he had a book for herbs that could be used for eating, healing, poison. He then found a junkie in an alley and bought his syringes off of him so he could use them to poison others, and get the potion into his veins. Then soon he was on his way into the harsh streets alone . . . .
Family; Shoulf, (cousin) Silphik, (brother) Hope, (mother)
Magic; (Mainly Dark Magic, due to him being a demon.) Some healing powers, (very little, but important.) But his main magic is one which can teliport him from place to place. This is done by a thick, black mist engulfing his feet up, above his head and then when the mist dissipates he's gone. He then appears floating in a region of hell where lynches (Undead, I.E. Zombies) reside, and the mist cloud floats high above reach of the undead. Though all time slows, so what can be minutes or hours, would only be a few seconds on Everlot's surface.
Weapons; Fangs, claws, two sabers, steel claws, and a medium sized sword, with a broader blade, close to a broadsword, but not quiet as heavy. (like this.) images.elfwood.com/art/h/a/hakobian/broadsword.jpg
Class; Slave, usually a runaway slave, other times a working man (peasant), or warrior in a military.
Occupation; Slave, commoner, mercenary, assassin, one of the dark keeper.
Friends; None
Enemies; Slavers.
Abilities; A vicious fighter, thievery, parkour. He fights with strength, but he's very flexible so he can do aerobatics and such in fights if needed. (From parkour training)
Weaknesses; Light magic is most effective against him, so long as it's an actual attack, not just a burst of light, which might kill vampires. He also has a weakness against Sorcerers (magic users), for two reasons. One, because he still remembers the day the sorcerers came, so he's kind of intimidated. And two because they tend to be long range, (with an exception of things like spell swords.) Since he is mainly an infantry man, and hasn't come across any long to medium range weapons yet. And finally he's a bit weaker to vampires. Mainly because since he's close range he is prone to being bitten easier, and the last thing Metios wants is to be condemned to the darkness. Not to mention that his clan had always told myths of vampires coming in at night infecting a group of wolf demons, and when the rest of the clan woke up mid day the whole group of Wolf demons were just a pile of ash.
Scars tattoos ETC: Has one scar going from the top of his right eye slicing down to the top of his molar teeth. Which is very noticeable which he doesn't even dare to clear with a potion. This is because he uses it as a reminder to his ferocity. And his past. He also has multiple whip marks across his back, and a few on his abdomen, and chest.
Other; Athletic, knows parkour WELL, minor magic skills.
